Documenting company culture
Dealer.com was in the unique position of having a new parent company committed to preserving every aspect of the vibrant and celebrated company culture.
During a highly productive and at times boisterous World Café event, the dealer.com team facilitated more than 100 people in small groups as they worked on three key questions about DDC’s existing culture. Runners collected a steady stream of on-the-fly input from each table, presorting it into basic themes as we created three large format graphic recordings. We used those graphic recordings and DDC staff’s analysis of several hundred sticky notes and doodles from the day to create a lively mural that illustrates what makes dealer.com such a great place to work.
